Job description: Are you a passionate and motivated cook with an eye for detail? Do you have experience in a professional kitchen and are you ready to take things to the next level? We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to strengthen our kitchen brigade! In this role, you will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared with precision.

Your duties:

- Preparing, cooking and serving dishes according to recipes and planning.

- Ensuring the best possible mise en place.

- Coordinate tasks within your section.

- Comply with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

- Contribute to the development of the menu and bring your creativity to bear.

- Working as part of a team to guarantee a high level of quality.

Your profile:

- Diploma in cookery or relevant experience.

- At least 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen.

- Passion for gastronomy and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Team spirit and good communication skills.

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:

From €2793 gross per month, based on experience and skills.
